An exchange of ideas between our CEO Caroline Deforeit and representatives from companies specializing in agriculture, Exo.expert and France Pulvé, was organized by Polypus, a consultancy and services agency for companies, and Groupama Rhône-Alpes Auvergne.
The aim of this meeting was to discuss the different issues related to agriculture and weather conditions. Indeed, some conditions such as wind, temperature, relative humidity or precipitation, affect the effectiveness of pesticide application. Following this observation, it is essential that our farmers identify the conditions at risk in order to ensure and improve these spraying processes with the aim of increasing their effectiveness and, above all, reducing unnecessary waste of environmentally hazardous products.
By focusing on the concrete problems of the Berthoud company, which has been in the agricultural sprayer business since 1895, FROGCAST offers an excellent alternative for measuring and monitoring these weather conditions.
